Supermarine S6B

The Supermarine S.6B, piloted by Flt. Lt. John Boothman, won the Schneider Trophy outright for Great Britain in 1931.

Designed by RJ Mitchell, the elegant racing seaplane was subsequently developed into the iconic Spitfire fighter.
